Laurent Laporte co-founded Orion ETF in Monaco in 2021 and leads the firm’s assignments as Partner.
He has spent more than ten years in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, working alongside utilities, independent power producers and project developers across Europe. His work covers market studies and sector analysis, commercial development strategy, assistance in the structuring and delivery of projects, financial modelling, and valuation studies. He has supported clients through competitive tender processes, built group- and project-level financial models, and analysed the economics of renewable generation and infrastructure assets from early feasibility through to delivery.
He works directly on every assignment. Orion ETF’s lean structure means clients deal with a senior partner from the first meeting to project completion, without intermediate layers.
Laurent holds an engineering degree and a PhD, and is a CFA charterholder. He is based between Monaco and Paris, and works in French and English.
