With an engineering background, she has led major CAPEX initiatives and navigated complex technical and financial challenges as a former Technical Director. Having co-founded and scaled Greenfuture, she also supported
multiple entrepreneurial divestments from the inside.
At Orion, she drives project framing and delivery — from client requirement analysis and mission structuring to team alignment and outcome-focused restitution.
