Aurélie Bencharel co-founded Orion ETF in Monaco in 2021 and is a Partner of the firm.
An engineer by training, she has held senior operational responsibilities in industry, most recently as Technical Director, where she led major capital expenditure programmes and managed the technical and financial trade-offs they involve. She went on to co-found and scale Greenfuture, gaining first-hand experience of building a company from the ground up and of the ownership transitions that follow.
At Orion ETF, she leads the framing and delivery of assignments: analysing client requirements, structuring the mission, aligning the work with the client’s constraints and timetable, and ensuring conclusions are presented in a form the client can act on.
